This guy from the Lloyd Museum says that, although some chapters were dropped, the CONTENTS were added to other chapters.
Could this be?

We have all or most of the editions of Etidorpha for use in the Library if you would like to undertake this research.
Our charges for photocopying are a minimum of $10.00 per article, up to 25 pages and $0.10 per page thereafter.
