(I don't know who Connie is, but she must be a tremendous person!)

Niel Adams stipulates that the planet/planets are growing, expanding. He feels that our planet is like a crystal, that just like a geode grows because of its crystaline structure, so does our planet.

But it wouldn't be a matter of a core, rather, the crust, further down, is crustaline.
