I was just mentioning this yesterday, feeling the high energy and earth movement here in Seattle.-----see under Earth Changes Bulletin farther down this page.
Mr. Cater, in The Ultimate Reality, states that as the temperature within the sun slowly increases, the rate of disintegration of particles increases. This greater activity also results in more particles being created. The more stable particles concentrate near the surface because they travel further before disintegration. When this concentration reaches a critical state, an explosion results, causing an abnormal quantity to be ejected from the surface. This is the cause of sunspots which function as relief valves. The condition has its parallel on Earth in the form of volcanoes.
The concentration of negative charges, resulting from the penetration of soft particles from the sun, and the radiation of the matter inside the earth combine to produce tensional forces. Such forces at work in the earth's crust causes fractures and the sliding and folding of strata over earth other.
When soft particles penetrate matter, they carry hard particles with them. When soft particles disintegrate, the hard particles are released. Therefore, most of the great forces inside the earth's crust are the result of the released hard particles--this is what causes earthquakes.
So, I would guess that with the current higher than normal activity of sunspots, larger quantities of hard particles are being released both within the atmosphere, and within the earth, than would be normally--hence more earthquake activity, weather changes, and just maybe---some very cranky people......

Martin, that is not all. As long predicted by the principles of Vortex Tectonics in these bulletins and at the Phoenix websites (MichaelMandeville.com) the energy flowing through all systems is suddenly surging up in response to the Inner Planet Alignment. Sunspots have increased suddenly in the space of 48 hours from 150 to 260. The Earth's Magnetic field is reacting and showing that we are sailing in an increasingly stormy solar ocean with the chop factor up significantly. The potential of sudden X class or M class solar flares in radically higher and warning alarms are beginning to flow out through many channels.
And more, during the last 48 hours, seismic activity in California (all low level quakes) is suddenly much higher than normal and the same is true in the PNW, where you felt a quake in Vancouver and where the roots of Washington's Olympic Peninsula shook at 5.0.
This all flows after two weeks of unusually high levels of seismic activity deep deep in the spreading rift of the South Pacific. The numbers of 5.0 to 7.0 quakes in this one area of the eastern part of the Fiji-Papua Tectonic Arc is outclassing all other areas. I think it is pretty safe to describe the situation in the South Pacific as currenlty the prime
generator of seismic stress in the Earth's crust. Sitting virtually on the Equator, this area of the Earth is, in a Cayce word, upheaving and splitting apart, literally forcing the other plates to crack, creak, quake, shake, and move.
I think we can add it as a "prime suspect" to the principles and findings of Vortex Tectonics that all of this generator activity in the South Pacific is reflected around the entire Pacific Rim, resulting in "answering" earthquakes within a few hours to a few days. I don't really want to do anymore graphs without some formal research support but this stuff is awfully damn compelling. I may just have some time after I get more rust scrapped off my truck.
This increased tectonic motion along the Pacific equator is most likely directly connected to the demonstrable increase in the rate of shifting of the locus of Chandler's Wobble (the average location of the pole) since 1998. It is forcing the South Pacific to ride up higher onto the Equatorial Rim.
Speculation: this could be a sign that the Earth is beginning to escape its hydraulic clutch breaks at the crust/mantle boundary zone by an escalation of the rate of deformation in the equatorial shape. This would release the pressure, increase the North-South motion of the wobble, thus allowing the crust to wobble even futher "off the old center", and naturally, increase the total instability in the system.
At this point, the Cosa Nostra predictions are tectonically speaking highly credible and we can see the trigger being cocked day by day in the Fiji-Vanuatu Islands. It is stiff ratcheting up to another click.
WATCH JUNE 21-25. Elaine Phibbs-Earl, who was remarkable in naming March 23 as the end of "peace", tunes to June 25 as the timing which will bring some of the Cosa Nostra troubles. From sygygy principles alone, I would predict June 21-23 as the most dangerious period, but the Lunar Perigee on June 23 places June 25 within the syzygy window.
Other "sensitives" are sending me recent dream images involving major seismic and volcanic incidents in the relatively short term.
As well, watch the Mideast. The American mass media has given the world the circus of Timothy McVeigh whilst the world is perched on the brink of what is most likely another major outbreak of war in the Mideast. The increased solar flux during the next three weeks could easily suppply the fuel to drive human emotional activity into excess. Such relationships appear to be present from some of the past cycles...
