Mars Had Cycle Climate Just As Our Earth...07/26/01

It appears our older neighbor, Mars, shows climate cycles just as our own. This makes for an odd deduction. Either one would have to agree there was industrial producing life on Mars, or, human and other fossil fuel pollutants play a much smaller role in climate change than do most of what our environmentalist claim. Heck, either way is one exciting notion to consider. I like the active martian life theory myself. Remember, Dr. Tom VanFlandren-Naval Observatory Astronomer, said from the evidence he has put together over the many years, he believes Mars was a type of Disneyland for our ancestors. I love this idea, and I do not dismiss it by first. I have interviewed Tom many times and believe him to be the real thing, both academically and personally.
However, the more mainstream and palatable NASA will likely stick with the recent proof of Mars Climate cycles will be do to...you guessed it! The Sun. Yes, it appears we have more proof of what we are experiencing here on Earth, what is known as "Global Warming", is mostly related to solar cycles.

Just today Reuters released an article stating "New images from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor spacecraft show signs of recent climate change on the "Red Planet". High-resolution images from Surveyor show the terrain is breaking down, indicating climate change and perhaps modern Martian ice ages." This is great news for those of us who have believed Mars was (is) a living planet. Personally, I just can't get away from thinking 'we are them'. Is it possible life on Earth was seeded by Mars? Was there intelligent life on Mars which could be our ancestors?
As always, time will tell. My intuitive notion is there certainly seems to be a very close relation between 'us and them'.
On tonight's ECTV 'live' show, I will interview Sheldon Nidle author "You Are Becoming a Galactic Human" & "Your First Contact". Sheldon is a controversial figure of which some believe he is just a little too far out there. However, he has brought forward information of what he calls a "Photon Belt" which is described as a wave of energy which will hit our Earth and help bring us to a new level of conscienceness. Of course it is healthy to be guarded and use your gift of discernment, but lets give Sheldon a chance to explain his position.
It was late last year, NASA scientist spoke of a wave of 'charged particles' that appears to be disrupting planet orbits. In NASA style, they were somewhat vague in their description and what it may mean to us. So, could there be some type of energy wave that could shift planet life in some way? Does this coincide with the Mayan Calendar and 2012?
As always, I will ask the tuff questions keeping a firm foot in science, while bridging the gap to the esoteric.
