I think you are right, we need to study Fraggle Rock. There are a ton of web pages. I have just listed one, and also their links. I am sure there are videos, I will check at my local Blockbuster. Since you are the Fraggle Rock expert--any suggestions where to begin?
No wonder Jim Henson died all of the sudden. He was blowing the lid off the secret.
I think that we have to be careful.

Jim Henson also did a very thinly-veiled take on the "fairy" or
"goblin" abduction of human children who are taken to a fearful
subterranean realm. His take on the European "changeling"
legends can be seen in the film "Labyrinth."
He definitely knew his mythology and folklore, and suspected
much. It would be interesting to find out just how much he did
know, and what he believed.
An interesting parallel is that, like my own "roots," his family
hailed from the state of Mississippi.
Anyone have any more in-depth knowledge about Henson and
his beliefs?

I agree.

Yes, anyone?
I think I will ask my daughter--she used to watch this when she was a kid, and she has a memory that won't quit.

You know, I'mremembering this Fraggle Rock stuff. I remember passing by the TV a few times, years back, and seeing it. I'm vaguely remembering the introduction where the puppets slid down the slied to a world below, and the Fraggle Rock was something special in that world.
At the time, I remember feeling that it was very frivolous and non-celestial. Maybe non-celestial, but frivolous, no.
Really, I think the guy paid with his life, which suggests that I should really hope for success in my endeavors- limited success!
