List Members,
I couldn't help but to notice the letter that was posted, originally written by Joseph H. Cater. The letter seemed to be a bit off-kilter, obviously. Also, you all know that I have been touting Mr. Cater's soft particle theories for a while now; in view of Mr. Cater's letter, I think some words from me are necessary.
Mr. Cater seems to have understood physics on a very broad level, unrecognised by modern science; I am referring to the existence of soft, low frequency particles and their behavior. This has allowed him to give explanations for phenomena in the cosmos in such a complete and congruent way as has never been done before. For example, the the existence of gravity as an electrostatic charge, the reason why light from the inner sun is not perceived as it emanates from the polar openings, and a very cohesive hollow-Earth model.
About his unusual letter, remember that Mr. Cater is very aged. I have spoken to him on the phone various times and, although at times he shines through with a fast mind, at other times he seems disoriented in the conversation and really goes off on a tangent. I had an uncle his age who had a similar problem; my uncle used to tell us about indians sneaking around outside of the house and who even used to walk around inside. I assure you all that there were no indians, and still aren't, in the Washington, D.C. area!
Mr. Cater's book was originally copyrighted in 1982, and was written before, or course. So in his book you won't find any confusions. The book was recently brought out again, but it is the same book with some new inserts, usually examples or additional observations in support of what had already been written in the previous edition.
I continue to encourage you all to familiarize yourselves with Mr. Cater's book.
