Some of the latest techniques and gadgets , including drones , were used to thoroughly examine this ancient site , so for a change - there is some really authentic data now available about this site , basis of which the study has been done .

@deandddd , inscriptions have been discovered too , except that the Saudi authorities aren't sharing their findings on the public domain .

I imagine that it is for the same reason that the walls of the Mecca are shrouded behind white sheets - they don't want the world to know that they used to be Hindus!
