Yup--it's me. Potions in a bottle, cakes in glass, politics and ocean water, tunnels, doors and a pack of cards. Will look into Carroll's life history.

PS--had to copy & paste this message to be able to send, outlook wouldn't allow a response to the original w/o digital ID? What is that all about?

What was Carroll's life like? Did he live a long life, die naturally, or was there anything unusual such as madness, early death, etc?
Yup--it's me. Potions in a bottle, cakes in glass, politics and ocean water, tunnels, doors and a pack of cards. Will look into Carroll's life history.

Do you mean that you couldn't attach?
Dean,
No, I don't mean attachments, I mean I could not send the brief response I wrote via reply, and it is not the first time it has happened. It seems to happen more on the fantastic group, but only HE and fantastic, none of my other groups or personal mail. Many times I get Security Breach can't mail, or my mail disappears, then reappears at a later time, the above mentioned was the latest message of not being able to send. It would not go through--so, I copied the post and pasted it on a new message sheet and got around it. I brought this up awhile back, about strange GLITCHES in the electronics of FR & HE. I do not have a virus. My computer has plenty of power. I think another member mentioned recently that he could not get some of his mail to go through either. Strange.

Dean... comment from Dick Fojut.
I've experienced
no problems mentioned by Leslee.
Not aware exactly why but might it be that although I
normally use IE for general internet, I've stayed with EUDORA for
email? A creature of habit probably, but I've found IE and
Netscape's email setups "Klutsy" - for me, at least. I like
simple old Eudora. If anyone is interested, there are also Free
versions of Eudora, unless little ad boxes lower left corner bother
one. (I bought my version)

P.S. My daughter uses
AOL. PC setup. I have a MAC. She can seldom open any PDF or
JPEG files I've tried to send. (And doesn't see "styled" type
and large headings I normally use for certain emails). AOL stinks.
Her husband agrees. Her husband at the same time, was using
AT&T, able to open any PDF and JPEG I might send, and see my
styled type just as I sent it. Same with another PC friend in
another state NOT using AOL.
I'm prejudiced of course. Started out
with the user-friendly (but unfortunately, more expensive) MAC
operating system in 1989. PC setups have never been
user-friendly in the past. PC users, you have my sympathy.
