Frode

Frode & MM,

OK! Where did I leave off in our search for the verification of truth?
I'm sorry that I dropped this but my family and work have to come first
and they have both been keeping me busy. I have 15 and 18 year old
daughters. The 18 year old is wanting to be independent but still have
all the perks of family dependence. (I guess if I look back on growing
up I was the same. It's tough growing up and accepting full
responsibility.) My 15 year old is completely immersed in high school
and doesn't drive yet so she requires allot of time. Then there is my
good wife and I have to spend some time there or she becomes restless.
She insisted this weekend that this Friday and Saturday night are both
date nights. So with all that juggling, this discussion has come up
begging for last place. Im sorry, for those of you who care.

I don't want to wax too philosophical here but I need to say one more
thing before a I lay down the challenge. Why is it, if this finding
truth is as easy as I say, that everyone hasn't discovered the simple
source of truth and understanding? I don't think we can answer this
question, without considering one thing. Where did all this come from,
this world, this solar system, this amazing vastness? Why are we here?
Is it all one big coincidence or accident, or is there a purpose for
this whole amazingly complex but wonderfully organized system we live
in? If there is a purpose and a plan then something) or someone must
be aware of and possibly directing all of this. And if that is the case
then it is absolutely essential that we know what is going on and come
to understand it by learn the truths that underlie all of this.

Look around yourself figuratively and this big world we live in. It is
filled with contradictions, good and evil, love and hate, mental light
and darkness, pleasure and pain, joy and sorrow, etceteras. Where does
the evil, hate, darkness, pain and sorrow come from? There happens to
be a battle that has been going on from the beginning of time between
good and evil. It is a battle of truth and error. We are part of that
battle and in that battle we can be feed partial truths. Partial truth
can be as bad as error and lies because as we try to validate what we
believe to be truth, sometimes things don't fit like we have been told
they should and so we discount that truth. The point is, what I will
share has through time been polluted with untruth just enough to be
discounted by many. So, please don't dump it from the start without
trying it. Be sincere and put out the necessary effort required. Read
everything I tell you slowly and thoroughly and make sure you
understand.

Here is the test! Remember, this is just the beginning. Don't expect
earth shattering results the first time, it will probably only be a
whisper, a soft almost mistakable caress, but..., it is worth it.

First, find a quiet place, a peaceful place where you will not be
interrupted and where you can be comfortable. It initially takes real
focus and concentration to discover what I am about to show you.

Second, relax, get comfortable and focus on your thoughts and your
physical feelings. This is the key, your thoughts accompanied by your
feelings. Focus on how you feel, are you comfortable, peaceful, what
are you feeling in your chest, your bosom, your heart.

Third, believe that there is a source of all truth. Believe that it is
your creator, the creator of everything that is here on this earth, in
this universe for you and I. If you have a hard time believing this,
maybe because of half truths that you have been feed in the past, then
just having a desire, just want to believe in this source. (this is
called hope)

Fourth, in your mind ask a question. Show deference or respect.
Formulate your question as if you were speaking to this source of
truth. Keep the question simple. Make it something that can be
answered with a yes or a no to begin with. I would recommend that your
first question not be one of universal magnitude but one of relationship
to this source of truth. For example, "Roy has said that he knows you
exist, I truly desire to know this. If you will manifest yourself to me
I will listen. Roy also told me that I can learn all truth from you.
If you will, please manifest yourself to me. Are you there?"

Fifth, listen, listen carefully, listen with your mind and with your
body and your heart. Ponder, think, mull this thought, this question,
around in your head. Stay focused, pay especial attention to related
thoughts that come into your head. What is your body telling you? Are
you feeling any sensations in your chest, your heart?

Sixth, express recognition of the thoughts and feelings you felt,
express thanks, and then listen, listen and think, focus and feel for
awhile longer. If you are sincere, you will feel something akin to
joy. To me it is like being a little boy again and crawling up into my
dads lap and getting a big comforting hug. It is probably one of the
most satisfying experiences I have. It is very tangible.

Seventh, let me know if you felt anything. One of the most fulfilling
things I experience is teaching this to someone and seeing them get it.
This is just the beginning however. The next step is probably the most
critical part and without a guide it is much more difficult to follow.
I want to guide you through it.

Once you have learned the principles you are almost ready to begin
addressing the questions of the universe. But, I think that once you
have begun this personal relationship there will be a few other
questions you will want answered directly. Things like; Where did I
come from? Where am I going after this life? and; If there is a
purpose to all of this, then what is it, what are the priorities, what
should I be doing? Then it's time to explore Our Hollow Earth.

I hope we all find what we are searching for!

You find them at http://www.healthresearchbooks.com . Look for " The
Ultimate Reality" by Joseph H Cater.

I finally ordered from here after Amazon.com messed with my head.
I ordered this book from Amazon but it never showed up. Two weeks
later I checked on the status and it said that I had no books on
order. They did send me other books I ordered just not that one.
It was listed as special order and back ordered but atleast they
could have told me this rather than losing my order or whatever.

Actually this sounds similar to meditation and/or yoga if not the
same thing. All of these are extremely good ways of getting rid of
stress rather than using drugs or alcohol to get the same effect.
You don't necessarily have to be "religious" for them to work either.
It wouldn't surprise me if they're other benefits as you mention.

In my own research into the hollow earth theory and other areas,
it's not too important to me whether I can believe what someone is
saying. It's not even important whether I believe in a hollow earth
or not. The important thing to me is to absorb as much information
as I can. When you read enough information from various sources you
gain an arsenal of jigsaw pieces. Some of the pieces are totally
useless while others are helpful. When you review all your pieces
and see some that fit together then you can start to make some sense
out of some of them. When you hear of multiple sources describing
the same effects from experiments (or whatever) then one might
concentrate on those pieces more heavily.

I also read religious material as it can contain as valid a science
as any other material. The key here to me is "translating" what others
are observing here into cause-and-effect science. Maybe not all things
can be translated but you never know until you try.

Caters book ("The awesome lifeforce" anyway) is wonderful because
he goes to great lengths to tie together various pieces of puzzles
in areas that most scientists don't want to touch. He works on using
science to explain paranormal events or metaphysics that others chose
to ignore or write off as fantasy. It's harder to write off most of
these things as more and more people report similar first-hand experiences.

What we today describe as metaphysics will probably be describes as
physics in 100 years, possibly...

Jeff,

I'm happy that you got a hold of Cater's book. I still look forward to
discussing some of that book's concepts with the list ( as if I haven't ).

As far as I'm concerned, that book leads to the book Etidorhpa, which is a
truly great H E classic. I really feel that Etidorhpa gives a description of
the shell as you go walking on down. It is just that the phenomena
encountered, such as the diminution of gravity, makes the book seem like a
fairy tale unless you understand soft particle physics.

I just found an old original printing of Etidorhpa through bibliofind with
80 drawings. The more recent reprint only has about ten, so I am looking
forward to receiving the book.
