project or National Geographic needs to be included in a live progress type
presentation. Secret projects can be secretly eliminated quite easily.

I heard of one plane expedition a few years ago that flew inside the Arctic
entry. Then, a huge military type plane came upon it and radioed over--"Either
turn around right now, or be shot down." There was a National Geogrpahic
writer as a member of the group, but that didn't matter. And nothing was
written up about it.

You've got a point- if all kinds of attention is being directed towards a HE project, it is hard to get rid of it without people seeing. But if it's a secret project, they can smush it without anyone raising a fuss.
I still think that they will stop a project to discover the opening in its tracks, any project. So the best way is to be sneaky, avoid radar, etc. Of course, I don't want to be oversimplistic and , really, I don't know how a person would do it even if they had the funding. It would require some thought. Maybe by balloon, they don't leave radar signatures.
I still don't think that blowing the existence of the hollow earth wide open is the best way to go. Let's respect- they appear to be intelligent, civilized human beings, and they appear to be technologically advanced. And they have made an effort over the centuries to keep their identity from the surface population. Even the greys and that gang don't go around spreading the word. Why should we have the intention of upsetting the apple cart. What do they understand that we don't? We've been benefitted recently by so much technological advancement, maybe that is our lot and no more. I don't think that the surface population could cope with a HE coexistence, and the " news " would only upset our lives as well as the lives of the hollow Earthers. For me, it's a matter of an exclusive club, an open secret, for the few who listen.
