DD,
What was really amazing at the lecture was the man who talked of his
experience of being one of the surviviors of the Philadelphia experiment. He
gave a step by step explanation of the whole thing.

I finally found the Philadelphia Experiment/Montauk
Project Article advertisement ads I saved a while
back. Here they are:
Cover for the Philadelphia Experiment;
Ever here the expression'Dont mess with mother
nature?'
The Philadelphia Experiment
Dangers of traveling through space and time
As told by Al Bielek
The Bizzare story of a Top Secret Military Experiment
with Invisibility and Time Travel that had Horrifying
Results.
Secret Time Travel
Bizzare video story that ppurports to expose World War
II military experiments with Telsa's and Einstein's
theory of invisibility and time travel. In Part One
(Strange Events)a former U.S. Navy sailor stuns an
audience with an on-stage presentation of a twilight
zone adventure in which he and ship members were
propelled 40 years into the future, then bought back
with horrifying results. In Part Two he provides
illustrations and photos of the locations where he
claims these alleged events occured. Very sincere
presentations, but were the Philadelphia Experiments
real or a hoax?
You decide!

I don't know if this is old news but I post it anyway.

Frode,
Do you have any perceptions on this section of Max's comments on clouds. I
understand why droplets don't go splat, but some of his other comments do
puzzle me. Cloud chambers, for example. Do they really re-create the
circumstances in which clouds exist?
>I think the best example is that of clouds. You argue that clouds are
>constantly fluxing between a vapor state and a droplet/liquid state, such
>that the repeated expansion works against gravity, or something on this
>order. I don't have to have a degree in physics to see that this is not
the
>case.
So you've been up close to study them? Played with environment boxes,
controlling temperature, pressure, and humidity to see when vapor
condenses into water? How is it you "see" this is not the case?>Clouds are large bodies of water which float, they are not gaseous.
Clouds contain both vapor and liquid phase water; some contain
ice crystals as well.

> If
>clouds were in such a constant flux, we would have empiric evidence of
it.
We do. Cloud chambers have existed since the late 19th century,
allowing us to study them in detail.>We would have quantifiable evidence, diagrams, rates of flux, etc.
We do. Ever been inside a cloud? The visible droplets aren't
exactly falling *splat* on the ground there.>We would
>see some shimmering because of this flux back and forth, even though it
>takes place on a microscopic level, because the clouds bunch together in
a
>mass.
Why would it shimmer?
>And the clouds would tend
>to disintegrate if this were going on.Why? Where would the energy come from?
>Cater's concept of gravity originating from an electromagnetic radiation
>fits well with cloud behavior- their floating is what you would expect if
>repulsion were going on.I'd expect them to disintegrate if every particle in there were charged.
>And the right mix of repulsion and attraction would
>bind their droplets, such that their bunching could be accounted for.I have yet to see how.
> We
can
>see that clouds have electricity because they have lightening. It's just
a
>matter of not perceiving the low frequency nature of the charge,
How does a charge have frequency?
Frode,
There is the site address for you. Is Arneson a Norwegian name?
What more info would you need to track her down? They might know nothing,
but it would be a matte of talking of the record, not to go on radio shows
or anything, and just see if she won't be candid one on one.

I don't find that unlikely, but I have never looked into it. It would be interesting to see an experiment like that and the set up of it. How do they include the fine dust particles? That is one question I would like to get an answer on.

I guess it would be good to let her settle a little first before I approach her. I will have it in the back of my head, but please remind me if you don't hear anything form me on this topic after two/tree months.
