You're welcome, there's more. The Ministry of Fools, haven't got a clue
about the technology they are dealing with, so they hire 'outsiders' like
Bob Lazar, to do their dirty work. But if this science was in the public
domain where budding scientists or even laymen had access to it, they
could've cracked it decades ago. But then, it might actually be used to
benefit mankind, with something other than microwaves and mobile phones.
