        I agree with all your latest comments. I don't wish to appear
over critical of such statements and I am not. As long as we realize
that we are speaking in general "ball park" figures I feel satisfied.

        On another matter, I see that a woman that has been interested
or at least knowledgeable of the hollow earth theory since the 1950's
has written to your list. Do you have her e-mail address. I take a
particular interest in people that have been long time believers of the
theory since it lends perspective to the general interest and enthusiasm
that I have. One can never know but such contacts might provide
one with some unexpected insights that have slipped through the
cracks for those who have come to the subject in more recent time
frames.

You are referring to Rose- she is on the list. She will read your request.

I myself am curious to know what it was like believing in the Hollow Earth
Theory back in the 50s and 60s. How did the word get spread around, who were
the torch bearers?

About the measurements, I think that you always want to let the other list
members know what the opposing arguments would be from the scientific
community, and how we should be prepared to relate with that community.
Speaking in terms of measurements would certainly be a first step.

Hello Scott,

  I presume you're referring to myself as the woman who has been interested

since the 1950's. What is it you would like to know?

  Mine has been a long, arduous journey into knowledge, and I'm not done

  yet......have also been a fervent student of the esotreic sciences.  These

have taken up most of my free time.

  I have issues of Fate magazine from 1950 on to the present,  also have one

  issue from 1949, but it's not in good shape.   I believe Ray Palmer began

  the hollow earth theory about that time.....don't know if I have any Amazing

  Stories copies left.  Found the theory very plausible and haven't had any

reason to think otherwise.

Rose,

Oh, you mean the David Pratt site. We've seen it, and I think it is a good one. I especially like his gravity section, and I picked up a few new things in his legends section. We don't exactly see eye to eye on the Arctic stuff, but that's no biggie. All of us on this list have some differences of opinion, or certain ideas, I'm sure.
